Rates, Terms, and Conditions

Experience the exclusivity of Deckenia's five-bedroom villa, accommodating up to ten individuals and gracing the Anse Gouvernement beach in Praslin.

Daily rates for up to ten people are as follows:

• 15 January to 14 December 2023: €6,500 ++
• 15 December 2023 to 14 January 2024 (Festive season): €9,000 ++
• Note: A 15% government tax and 5% service fee apply to the above rates.
• Customized offers are available for groups fewer than ten.

Terms & Conditions

Our rates cover all meals and water sports equipment (excluding boat hire).

Payment

The following details the payment during the non-festive and festive periods.

For non-festive periods

• A 30% deposit is due upon reservation confirmation.
• The remaining 70% balance is required 30 days prior to arrival.

For the festive season

• A 30% deposit is due upon reservation confirmation.
• The remaining 70% balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

The following details cancellations during the non-festive and festive periods.

For non-festive periods

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur no charges.
• Cancellations within 60 to 30 days will result in a 30% deposit retention fee.
• Cancellations made within 30 days or less, including no-shows and early departures, will incur 100% charges.

For the festive season

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur no charges.
• Cancellations within 60 days or less, including no-shows and early departures, will incur 100% charges.
